If you're going to train to obtain your levels, Rs power leveling I would suggest killinggoblins. They are fast to kill and give a fair quantity of encounter points. It's always better to kill some thing fast and get smaller sized exp. than take longer
to kill some thing and get much more.
Now say I go kill a Minotaur. It takes me 7 hits and I get 50 experience points. That is only 10 more than a goblin, and it takes way longer. I could kill
three goblins in the time it requires to kill 1 Minotaur!
You can also get Strength encounter points in quests. These quests include：
1、 Scorpion Catcher = 6,625 strength xp
2、 Heroes Quest = 3,075 strength xp
3、 Tai Bwo Wannai Trio Rs gold = 2,500 strength xp
4、 Haunted Mine = 22,000 strength xp
5、 In Search of the Myreque = 600 strength xp
6、 Dragon Slayer = 18,650 strength xp
You will find also various methods to provide fast boosts to your Strength; this is extremely helpful if you're all of a sudden attacked. 1 way is via the Prayer ability. You will find three different prayers Runescape products that will increase your Strength; these are the Burst of Strength, Superhuman Strength, and Ultimate Strength. Every give a certain percentage increase, ranging from five to 15.
